Anything to help my acid reflux?

I already take nexium for the past 1.5 years but I still get episodes at night? Is there anything I can drink before going to bed to ensure the acid wont come up!? help, i'm in serious pain.
Answer:
Sorry my friend, there is nothing more you can do. Nexium is the best medication. Raising your bed might help, also if its affecting you at night, try not eating or drinking after six. Stick to bland foods, no acidic ones (says me who just ate salami), but I know I will pay for it.If it gets worse, see your doctor for another gastroscopy.good luck!
Take a tsp of baking soda in about 4-6 oz of water along with one Tum or Rolaid. Also, raise the head of your bed about 3 or 4 inches higher than the foot. Use a couple of small blocks or bricks to raise it. Propping yourself up with pillows will not work as well as raising the head of the bed. I have dealt with the same problem for quite some time.
if /you/ have/ not been/ checked lately/ go to gastroenternoligst/they/ will/ do /endoscopy /and /see /if medicine/ needs/ changed /or dosage /adjusted/
My wife was on nexium and has used Prilosec OTC for the past 2 years. While the Prilosec kept the pain away, we knew there was still the potential for long-term issues if we did not reduce the acid build-up. Zeolites have been used for hundreds of years in Asian, Indian, and Russian health and wellness. Visit www.ZeoliteInfo.com for background. Liquid Zeolite passively removes heavy metals and toxins from the body, helping to restore a healthy alkaline (instead of acidic) pH balance. This is key for acid reflux sufferers. She has been using 'Natural Cellular Defense' liquid zeolite for three weeks now and the results are very promising. We introduced the liquid zeolite to a close friend with nightime pain like yourself, and he is very encouraged after his first week on the product. www.RemoveMyToxins.com has more detailed information on Natural Cellular Defense.
Take a look at this site:http://www.improvedhealthandfitness.com/...Not sure it would help you, but it has helped quite a number of people...
