Any relation between lactose intolerance and (high) blood pressure?

Answer:
NO.
Possibly because everything in the body is inter-related.High blood pressure is the lupus inside the veins getting smaller (usually caused by chronic dehydration) which makes it harder for the blood to pump through the veins at the pressure it is being pumped from the heart hence high blood pressure.Lactose intolerance is caused by your body not dealing with Histamine production in the right way. All allergies are closely related in this way. My biggest suggestion to you is the simplest of all. Increase your water intake to your recommended 2L per day and cut down on caffeine, alcohol and soda drinks (diet included) try this for a couple of weeks and see how your blood pressure starts to stabalise.Good luck with it all
No this is just a digestive thing, drink goats milk, it's better for you anyway
