Answer:
I have the same problem, and have stopped using moisturizer as well, as it only makes my skin produce more oils. I have found what works best is Biore's Astringent. It is very cheap and you can purchase it at walmart. If you want something right now, at home, you can use rubbing alcohol. Just put some on a cotton ball. I wouldn't suggest doing that all the time as it will dry your skin out majorly.
Unfortunately, skin changes only occur with age; hence, there is no miracle product out there that will make this problem disappear. However, it is manageable. As already mentioned, use and astringent and also consider getting oil blotting tissues. These tissues remove the oil from your face without screwing up your make up (if you have any on). Just as a side note, some tissues leave a powdery residue, which I hate. Victoria's Secret has blotting tissues that don't leave any sort of residue behind- I'd recommend their brand.
First make sure you use a shampoo for oily hair this helps (the top of your head) - second find a product that is pure and natural and adjusts to all skin types - and wash it well in the AM - follow with a toner (witch hazel) this gets off oily, residue and also what your soap leaves behind.
Find a subtle eye cream (with spf?) to help keep aging at bay.
Repeat the process at night - with a night cream.A good clay mask will help once a week and or so will a very hot compress before you wash at night to open pores and get off dirt left on by the oil of the day etc.Never use a product that has mineral oils to them -
it does more harm then good, read labels.
i actually have very oily skin myself too, my mousturizer is from h2O+ company from new york, its gel and its supposed to be oil controlling, i also use powder during the day to reduce shine, i recoommmend vlean and clear's oil blotting sheets, they work really well and you can see on the sheet how much oil is ocming off your face its amazing. stay away from liquid products, use gels or powders
i recommend h2O+ the most because they have i think an entire oil controlling line i am retty sure you can get them on their website or at any store like TJ maxx or Marshalls
im sorry to recommend you an online thing, but if you look on their website you can browse their products and find out where the store is
i know there is a store in the NYC area, idk if there is one anywhere else but i am positive theres one there,
if you just email me ill give you a bunch of suggestions i have a ton but it just doesnt fit here,
click on my name and write out a message for me
glad to help
