I've been getting ear ache since lst 6 months, and when i wake up i have dry throat and nose blocked. also wen i come in contact with any kind of fragrance like deo's or after shave the earache and nose congestion aggravates.could any tell what this could be.I've been to doctors many times they dont seem to know any thing..

Allergies. Take allergy medication.
Have you been to an ENT? If so, find another one. My mother wnet through exactly the same thing for over 5 years. Eventually, an ENT sent her to hospital for a complete sinus clear out, worked a treat and lasted about 10 years before her symptoms reappeared (just recently). And, as with you, doctors initially couldn't find a cause for her discomfort.
