Any vitamin to stop sugar craving?

is there any vitamin or pill that can stop me craving sugar (chocolate) after meals? the meals i eat are very healthy but when iv eaten i get serious needs for sugar. thanks
Answer:
chromium picollonate or something like that. its a pill that you can get in any phamacy and is inexpensive and its in most of those diet pills and drinks. Just type that name into any search engine and see the results, it is used to controll your blood sugar levle and help you stop craving sugar. there are heaps more than the link iv provided.
Chocolate craving is often a magnesium deficiency; try supplementing with magnesium. Also, try to get more protein-----that will help to regulate your blood sugar levels so that you don't crave sweets so much.
are you buying artificial sweetener or low calorie drinks??I avoid them like the plague as thats what make your body crave for sugarTry eating some raisins after meals...not as nice as chocolate I know but once you have chocolate out of your system the craving soon disappears
I find eating rasins makes me stop craving chocolate.
Not heard of a pill or vitamin to reduce sugar cravings, but honey is a wonderful substitute, tasty and much healthier!
Lucky you , the only thing I crave after a meal is a ciggie. You could also try carob, the veggie/vegan chocolate. Good luck.
No but check out minerals Magnesium and cobalt
Nope, none that have been proved to really work!
Try eating some dried fruit after your meals, that is naturally sweet and may help.
My mate eats raisins and dried prunes
Nothing in that sort of area, you can buy chocolate patches which are said to have some effect.
No just will power.
