Okay so I've been having these symptoms on and off for the past 2 days and I really need to know what's the matter with me. The symptoms are:-Abnormal Vaginal bleeding
-Fatigue
-Loss of appetite
-feeling breathless/have to breath heavily
-severe lower back pain
-feeling over hotCan anyone help me? I've booked an appointment with my GP but she couldn't see me for 2 weeks!

These symptoms are quite common and can be indicative of a range of conditions. It is unacceptable that your GP won't see you for two weeks. I suggest you phone NHS 24 - act as if it is an emercency and you'll get get an appointment at your local hospital quickly.
Go to Urgent care the soonest you can. or to ER even. What were you doing before these signs and symptoms?
It sounds like a normal period but you say the bleeding is abnormal - what does that mean - it's not actually your period time? Take some paracetamol and see you how you feel over the next couple of days.
it sounds like a kidney infection if the blood is in your urine. You will need antibiotics
Do you have a GYN? Call her/him and get into to see them as soon as possible! Or, better yet, talk to the doctor on call for the weekend and see what they suggest. Don't wait 2 wks to see a GP - they don't specialize in GYN issues.If you can't get in to see or talk to a GYN - then you need to go to the ER!Good luck and please take care of this soon!

Gosh i thought our waiting time in our surgery was bad in your surgery you could be dead before you get to see a doctor
Dont wait go straight to A %26 E there could be something wrong so best to get checked over because your symtoms could get a lot worse so go today and get it sorted
two weeks is too long if you are having bleeding and fatigue and breathlessness - get yourself checked out at an ER - i think you could use an H%26H - hemoglobin and hematocrit.Peace+
i would insist to see a doctor 2 weeks is ridicolous for any body to wait if you are happy to see another doctor see one the sooner the better good luck
