My friend was in a motorcycle crash 10 months ago, they amputated from mid-calf, then removed 3 more inches after staph, then 2 more inches 3 weeks ago. He went in last night and has MRSA Staph (again). They are talking about amputating again. Are there any salves or natural cures, that will help! Pretty soon he will lose his whole leg if they keep going!! Help Please!!

I don't know of any medicine, natural or not to stop Staph. The problem is that you get it mostly from being in the hospital.

This is a severe infections also contagious I have known 2 people to have died from it. Its more out there in the public than it use to be. AND all of us carry it in are nose. but usually only effects sick or elderly. He needs not to mess around with home cure keep doing what doctor tells him. Or he could loose more than his legs.
NO, there are no medications, natural or otc, that can help. Staph is deadly and very serious. If he messes with the infection and doesnt get it treated correctly, he risks getting into his blood stream. At that point, he will become extremely sick. He might want to ask what he can do to keep the area sterile while it heals.
The only thing you can do is to consult to a doctor for the best medication, before it's too late.
